Samuel Chimerenka Chukwueze was born on 22nd may, 1999. He is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a winger for both the Nigerian National team and Spanish club side, Villareal CF.
Chukwueze hails from Umuahia in Abia State (south eastern part of Nigeria) where he was born and raised.

He was called up to the Nigerian Senior team in October 2018 and he made his debut on 20th November, 2018 as a starter in a goalless draw friendly against The Cranes of Uganda.
He made his clube side first team debut on 20th September, 2018 after replacing Nicola Sansone in a 2-2 home draw against Rangers in the 2018-19 UEFA Europa League.
His current contract with Villarreal will elapse in June 30th, 2023.
However, Samuel Chimerenka Chukwueze was among the team that represented the Nigerian super eagles at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations(AFCON) in Egypt.
